Vacancy – office vacancy – administrator required

After a busy period, Longworth are planning for the future and require a part time administrator to support duties across our factory office.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Hours: flexible, 16-20 hours across 5 days a week, with a view to increasing to full time

Qualified: GSCE Maths & English

Experience: Must be experienced in Microsoft Office and with excellent spoken and written English along with a friendly and professional telephone phone manner. Knowledge or understanding of Sage and ISO 9001 would be a benefit but full training will be given.

The role: Our Operations Manager requires an extra pair of hands in our factory office based on Shadsworth Business Park. The role requires a good understanding of how a busy office functions, with no two days the same. Supporting our sales team, accounts and operations, in particular quality control and compliance. The right candidate will gather a wealth of experience and the chance to progress into a managerial role here at Longworth.

Longworth manufacture industrial solutions used for cleaning (or burn-off) of parts and components which gather contaminants throughout a manufacturing process. We work across a wide and varied range of sectors and industries including;
