Longworth now provide a service for the cleaning of stainless steel and polymer based hoses used in oxygen enriched environments.
The cleaning processes remove combustible material, which is often a residue of the original hose manufacture and is a prerequisite for many gas transfer applications.
The selection of the appropriate method of cleaning will depend on the material of hose construction and the level of cleanliness required by the end user. If required independent verification of the cleaning process can be obtained.
Longworth can accommodate a large range of hose diameters and lengths. Typical cleaning requirements we can meet include the Air Products Global Engineering Specification 4WPI-SW70003
