The technology in operation at the Blackburn, UK facility includes a variety of ultrasonic & aqueous processes, enclosed high temperature solvent systems, controlled pyrolysis ovens, auto spray wash, slurry flushing and super heated steam.

BML offers the facility to clean components to a wide variety of grades which are required for components that need to be cleaned to a critical standard. Our Cleaning Division holds the accreditation BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

requirement. All processes are strictly controlled, monitored and analysed by our extensive testing facilities
which enable us to identify defective components.
A wide variety of techniques are available from bubble and mass testing to, XPS, ToFSIMS and SEM/EDX. Work
includes troubleshooting, R&D and cleanliness validation.
