Clean Room (Class 5 Clean Room Facility)
Longworth’s precision clean room has been further upgraded to the International Standard ISO 14644 Class 5.
This meticulously controlled space offers a working area suitable for precision cleaning of a wide range of components. The concentration of airborne particles is tightly regulated and the clean room’s construction further minimizes the introduction, generation and retention of particles within the work area.
Cleaned components can also be washed in de-mineralised water, dried in a vacuum oven and securely packaged – all within the Class 5 standard environment. This guarantees that components reach end-users in optimum condition and is relied upon by clients from many industry sectors, including:
