Roller Cleaning

Roller internals are prone to getting blocked on a frequent basis. The demand for continuous production results in blocked rollers, hot spots and poor product quality. Longworth’s highly skilled team are equipped to clean a wide range of Anilox and Gravure rolls whether the contamination is oil or water based.
The process includes:
- Pre inspect the roll internally to check where blockages /build up is occuring
- Provide a pre inspection report which includes high resolution images
- Carry out necessary cleaning process to roll internally and externally
- Post inspect the roll internally to ensure no contamination is present
- Provide a post inspection report which includes high resolution images
