Class 5 Clean Room Facility

B & M Longworth is proud to announce the upgrading of our precision clean room to International Standard ISO 14644 Class 5.  The facility now offers a working area where the concentration of airborne particles is controlled and is constructed and used in a manner to minimize the introduction, generation and retention of particles within the room.

Precision cleaning and using ultrasonic and aqueous tanks takes place within this facility.  Clean components can be washed in de-mineralized water and dried in a vacuum oven.  The packaging also takes place in the class 5 environment to ensure the parts reach the end user in optimum condition.
